Since Lidy was a young child she'd been often found in a corner, completely submerged in the worlds of Literary Fiction, Speculative Fiction, Women’s Fiction/ Chick Lit, Romantic Comedy, detective type Thrillers and Mysteries and coming of age stories Bildungsroman). Only reemerging to eat and sleep.
Now a poet and an aspiring author, her writing falls into the Speculative Fiction genre. Her tales are around heroines struggling to find their place in their fantastical or human world, as they take on the adventure of their lifetime.
She currently resides in Virginia with her husband, two children and an anime, book and manga mini library, she’s looking to expand, one day adding an Asian drama DVD collection. When not writing, she’s driving others mad or driving herself mad, trying to keep on schedule, and bemoaning the lack of new subbed episodes of her favorite lakorns.
As of now, Lidy has been siphoning the stories building in her mind onto paper as she walks the path in becoming an Indie author and poet with the forthcoming chapbook "Can You Catch My Flow?" Lidy continues her pursuit in writing all the while eating chocolate, milk of course, and sipping a glass of Cabernet or Riesling wine.
